Altars tune us into the infinite, helps us to move out of the head and into our instinct, our wildness, our deep wisdom. Waking up the old mind in us, the old ones inside of us that speak in our blood and in our bones. The herd.
The many lives -the eternal ones- the senses and the parts of the brain that have been ignored. Those parts that do not speak english they do understand tone, song, movements, breath, dance, candlelight, colors, nature, scent.
May this work be healing. May this carry into the waters, through the waters- into the beautiful futures.
